Back/seat outer shell

High-density hardwood multi-layer board with formaldehyde emission of 0.1mg/L beech wood hot-pressed molding board. (Backboard thickness: 17MM-18MM, seat board thickness: 12MM), beech wood hot-pressed molding board with formaldehyde emission of 0.1mg/L. There are multiple sound-absorbing holes on the cushion board to maintain good sound absorption effect, and different colors can be painted according to the color palette provided by the customer.

Leg and armrest frame

The armrest frame and foot are molded with Shanghai Baosteel's high-quality A-grade cold-rolled plate. The armrest frame iron sheet is 2MM thick, the armrest frame is 80MM wide, and there are side panels on the left and right sides. This product is a lower vent round foot device. The diameter of the lower fixed ground vent is 350MM, and the diameter of the upper vent is 200MM. A reinforcement tube (40*20 square tube) is installed at the bottom of the back sponge. The two ends of the reinforcement tube are directly connected to the armrest frame, so that the entire chair is rigidly integrated. The use of a reinforced connection structure makes this chair more solid, reliable, and durable.

Back/seat sponge

High-density rebound qualitative foaming sponge is used. The density of the chair back sponge is not less than 50kg/m3, and the thickness of the seat surface is not less than 55kg/m3.

The fabric is high-quality acrylic (polyester) blended high-grade decorative velvet fabric, which is stain-resistant, wear-resistant and fade-resistant.

Writing tablet & Armrest

The armrest cover is made of high-quality oak, and the surface is painted with bright and smooth color. The writing board is made of multi-layer solid wood board with a size of 240*240. The connection between the foot frame and the writing board is supported by an aluminum alloy bracket and a round steel plate.

Seat Cover

The spring plus buffer damper return mechanism is used, which is flexible and has no return noise. The overall volume of the seat is not less than 150MM (the thickness of the sponge is not less than 100MM).

Seat structure

The seat adopts a two-side force structure, so that when the seat collides with the back under the action of external force, the force point is not on the sponge, but on the corners on both sides of the seat, making it more durable, firm and comfortable.
