Production line:
1, Raw material that are 100% new material and good quality HDPE for blow molding stadium seats.
2, Heating the raw material and coloring as per client required color.
3, Heating the colored material and start molding and cooling. In this step the stadium seats are shapped.
4, Cooling and inspection. To make sure every unit are good condition we inspect every unit stadium seats.
5, Packaging and ready for shipping.
6, Installation for client projects.
